The weather is getting warmer, the birds are chirping, the sun is shining….
Guess what is around the corner?
BATHING SUIT SEASON!! (Enter screams here)!
You know you are going to get asked to go to the beach, a pool party or some sort of event where other people will be in a bathing suit.
So what do you do? Do you lie about why you can’t come? Do you fake an illness? Do you de-friend that person? Do you FREAK out? For the old me…. Yes, Yes, Yes and Yes!
Let’s not do that this year. Let’s own our bodies. Let’s be proud of what we have. Let’s show up to that party anyway!
HOWEVER, until then…. let’s work on ourselves a little bit to get ready for that party!
And what two body parts do we worry about most? ABS & ARMS!
For this week, I will be hosting an ABS & ARMS fitness group. We will focus on workouts that will give you stronger looking arms and abs. We are focusing on strength, healthy eating and quick workouts!
