Every couple months, I have these really exciting couple of weeks when I set up for a BRAND NEW workout program.
It sounds crazy, right? Getting excited for a workout? Yep! That is because I get the opportunity to complete a brand new workout right alongside my challengers. That means we are all doing it together for the first time and getting results TOGETHER!
I am especially excited about this group because I had the opportunity of doing a LIVE workout with this workout trainer when I was in Punta Cana. To say I loved this workout is an understatement. I couldn’t love it MORE. The trainer, Chris, was motivating, inspiring and the workout moves were awesome.
Not only are the workout moves great but the nutrition guide is amazing. I am excited to bring this to my challengers and help them get amazing results!
So let’s talk about this group, the workout and what it entails!
Who is Shift Shop for?
Shift Shop is for anyone that wants to ramp up their fitness fast. In three short weeks you progress from basic 25 minute workouts to advanced 45 minute routines – all while honing your nutrition for optimal results.
What fitness level should I be in before this program?
It’s great for all fitness levels. If you have a lot of weight to lose, Shift Shop will be your on-ramp to fitness. If you’ve spent some time away from your regular routine, Chris will lead through a fitness tune-up. It’s perfect for anyone who wants an easy commitment to jump-start their regimen.
How long are the workouts and for how many days?
The workouts are 25-45 minutes, 6 days a week, for 3 weeks.
What is the nutrition guide like?
The nutrition program uses Portion Fix to measure out your food. Based on your current weight, you’ll go into a category according to the Shift Shop plan. What’s different is your food list – it changes throughout the 3 weeks of the program. You might be allowed certain foods in week 1 that you’ll no longer be allowed to eat in week 3. We will be going over all of this in my exclusive shift shop group!
I am not in shape AT ALL, can I still do this?
YES! There is a modifier in ever workout. And, I will be here for you to help you through this!
