This is SUPER easy to make!
I remember telling my husband I was going to make Kale Chips and he was like “oh please no.”
But, I made him try them and he said they were pretty good. They are crispy and the sea salt gives it the little extra it needs!
Recipe:
- Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F.
- Remove the vein (middle part of the kale) from the kale and cut into little pieces. Lay on a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil and pink himalayan salt. Bake until crisp, turning the leaves halfway through, about 20 minutes. Serve as finger food.
- If you are feeling zesty, sprinkle on some Old Bay. YUUUMM!!!
