Beachbody’s 10 Rounds Workout with Joel Freeman was just announced! Here’s everything we know about the new boxing program!
WHAT IS BEACHBODY’S 10 ROUNDS WORKOUT?
Joel Freeman – from LIIFT4 and Core De Force – has created an high-intensity boxing program that looks amazing!
The six-week program focuses on getting you “lean & mean” with a total body transformation.
You’ll do 10 rounds of boxing moves three times a week, and two days a week you’ll be strength training to increase your power and strength!
All of the workouts are 30-40 minutes, and Joel’s calorie burn has been about 500 calories per workout! That’s crazy!
The workouts are designed to help you increase your total body strength, agility, speed, and endurance.
And make no mistake – it’s going to challenge you mentally too! The last minute of each workout is going to have a killer intense burnout!

HOW IS IT DIFFERENT THAN CORE DE FORCE?
Core De Force was Joel’s first Beachbody workout, and it’s truly mixed martial arts versus boxing. So you’re mixing in some more complicated moves and not using weights to strength train.
10 Rounds Workouts are 100% boxing focused. You’ll be learning simple repetitions and shadow boxing each day.
ARE THE 10 ROUNDS STRENGTH WORKOUTS LIKE LIIFT4?
LIIFT4 is one of my favorite workouts ever. If you’ve not tried it – I totally recommend getting Beachbody on Demand today and trying it out.
With that said, the 10 Rounds strength workouts aren’t like LIIFT4. These strength workouts are focused on muscle endurance, core work, and unilateral movements to help improve your boxing.
LIIFT4 is hypertrophy training versus endurance.

WHAT EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED FOR 10 ROUNDS?
Right now, we know you’ll need dumbbells for the strength workouts. Since the program is so new, we don’t know if you’ll need weighted gloves or anything else. We suspect you won’t need anything else though.
HOW LONG ARE THE 10 ROUND WORKOUTS?
All of the 10 Round workouts range from 30-40 minutes.
IS THERE A MODIFIER?
A modifier hasn’t been officially announced, but we believe there will be a modifier in every workout.
WILL BEACHBODY’S 10 ROUNDS BE ON DVD?
As far as we know 10 Rounds was shot in real time. This means every workout will be new and unique, but that it will only be available on Beachbody On Demand and not on DVD.
WHEN DOES BEACHBODY’S 10 ROUNDS COME OUT?
It’ll be available to Beachbody Coaches on March 9, 2020. If you’re thinking about coaching, one of the perks is we can order a program before anyone else!
Early Access to Beachbody’s 10 Rounds will officially start on April 6, 2020 though! Joel will also be hosting a special group for anyone with early access as well!
The workout will be available to all Beachbody on Demand customers for no additional charge in October 2020.
